enricher is a web-based tool for identifying enriched cis-regulatory motifs in a set of genes in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In contrast to similar tools, enricher uses the length of the promoters to increase accuracy and reliability. To reduce noise and to remove spurious hits, enricher uses phylogenetic filtering based on five yeast species, all closely realted to S. cerevisiae.
